Poly aluminium chloride (PAC) is a new type of high efficiency inorganic polymer coagulant, adopting advanced manufacturing technique and quality raw material, show the features of low impurity, high molecula weight, and superior coagulating effect.



The colors of polyaluminum chloride are generally white, yellow, and tan. Different colors of polyaluminum chloride are also quite different in application and production technology.

At present, the production process of polyaluminum chloride in my country is mainly divided into two types: spray drying type; drum drying type; spray drying requires stricter raw materials during the production process, and the production cost is high and increased a lot. The relative cost of drum drying is lower, The selection of raw materials does not need to be strict. Our factory produces both types of polyaluminum chloride.

PAC Feathures:

Packing, Storage and Transportation:
Package in 25kg P. P wovn bage or paper-plastic bags with PE lined, or as per buyer's instructions. In storage and transportation, pay attention to heatproof and moisture proof. The powdery. Product will be damped to be caked and will be poor in solubility if exposure to air for a long time.
 

Production Process:

The plate and frame filter press is a plate and frame filter press. The reacted liquid PAC is filtered through the plate and frame machine to remove impurities, insolubles, sediments, etc. The processed liquid has a higher purity, and the dried product has a golden color and dry particles Uniformity, high content, extremely low water insoluble matter. Application:

PAC is a kind of inorganic macromolecule flocculant. Through the hydroxyl ion bridging function and the polyvalence anion polymeric function, it produces a large molecular and high electricity inorganic macromolecule. It adapts a wide pH range of 5.0~9.0, and the best is between 6.5~7.6.

Product effective storage period: liquid is valid for half a year, solid is one year. The solid product can still be used after being damp.

 
Cautions:

1) Water treatment chemicals of different manufacturers or different brands cannot be mixed and cannot be mixed with other chemicals.

2) The original solution and diluent are slightly corrosive, but lower than other inorganic coagulants.

3) Effective storage period of the product: half a year for liquid and one year for solid. The solid product can still be used after being damp.

4) PAC is currently a widely used flocculant, but customers must purchase PAC products from their own actual fields. Different fields require different levels of PAC.
